Elizabeth Gardens Real Estate

Elizabeth Gardens is the furthest south east neighbourhood in Burlington. It’s borders are west of Burloak Drive, north of Lakeshore Rd, east of Appleby Line and south of New Street. There is a vast amount of charm and 1960’s style homes – bungalows, side-splits and back-splits – all located on large lots surrounded by parks, schools and steps from the lake. The larger lot sizes and lower priced properties are drawing developers in to knock down and rebuild larger homes. This trend has picked up over the last couple of years and continues to spread throughout the neighbourhood. There are also a few semi-detached homes, as well as two storey detached homes; all ranging from $380,000 to over $1M. The wide variety of homes makes it perfect for any new family, growing family, or someone looking to downsize.

More About Elizabeth Gardens

Elizabeth Gardens is both lush and conveniently located. With a variety of detached single family properties on large lots, it’s almost like buying a piece of a park instead of a lot. The majority of the neighborhood was built in the late 1960’s to early 70’s. Styles of homes include bungalows, 2 storys, back splits and 3 to 4 level side splits.

The proximity to the lake make it one of the more ideal neighborhoods in Burlington. Include large lots and quiet streets and it’s no wonder families look forward to calling Elizabeth Gardens in Burlington home. Residents also enjoy the short walk to great shopping at the Appleby Village which also includes some great restaurants.

Price ranges quite dramatically when it comes to real estate in the Elizabeth Gardens area. It’s also a neighborhood that I am extremely familiar with and I would be delighted to assist you in your search for a new home in Elizabeth Gardens.
